Alfred Delicata - Former Eastchester, New York Attorney

Based in Westchester County, New York, Alfred Delicata was an attorney for nearly 30 years first serving in his initial role as an assistant attorney general for the State of New York beginning in 1995 for approximately 5 years before he opened the Law Offices of Alfred A. Delicata in 2000.

Mr. Delicata represented clients in various areas including commercial and residential real estate transactions and the purchase and sale of businesses. He also applied his knowledge in divorce law, hearings, arbitrations, and appeals. During his career, he represented lenders who needed someone to facilitate property transactions and successfully represented clients who needed assistance appealing zoning board rulings. His professional interests include contract law and non-compete agreements, buying and selling of small businesses and the agreements necessary to protect clients and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.

Mr. Delicata earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Pace University and a law degree from St. Thomas University. He has a wide range of personal interests, including international travel, books on stoicism and other philosophical works, and the mental challenges a round of golf presents.
